Lalibela: 9 videos showcasing Ethiopia’s heritage

The monolithic churches of Lalibela are beginning to reveal the secrets of their past. A video-rich exhibition showcases this heritage and the scientific research conducted there.

The CNRS aims to raise awareness of the extraordinary site of Lalibela with the multimedia exhibition Lalibela: Sculpting Faith, on display in Addis Ababa until December 31. To bring spectacular images, atmosphere, and a human touch to the exhibition, Animal Pensant produced nine videos and a photo series about this unique site and the people who bring it to life.
